REQUIREMENTS</H3>

</p>

Responsibilities:</b></b>

</p>

  • Generate new business through cold calls, warm leads, emails, and networking</b>

</li>

  • Make 80+ calls per day and book at least 8 meetings per week with prospects</b>

</li>

  • Close sales and ensure successful onboarding of new clients</b>

</li>

  • Oversee post-sale operations including hiring, training, and scheduling guards</b>

</li>

  • Ensure staff coverage, monitor attendance, and handle emergency staffing requests</b>

</li>

  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager and National Director on growth strategies</b>

</li>

  • Manage client invoicing and follow up on payments</b>

</li>

  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions</b>

</li>

  • Track client needs and tailor security service solutions accordingly</b>

</li> </ul>

Qualifications:</b></b>

</p>

  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience </span>
or</b> </span>a strong desire to build a career in sales</b>

</li>

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills</b>

</li>

  • Ability to work independently and within a team</b>

</li>

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to meet targets</b>

</li>

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and CRM tools</b>

</li>

  • Security industry experience is an asset but not required</b>

</li>

  • Must be able to travel locally to meet clients in person.</b>
