Marketing Coordinator About the job The Marketing Coordinator is a hands-on, detail-oriented marketer responsible for executing and optimizing digital campaigns, activating content across platforms, and supporting the development of high-performing, data-driven marketing initiatives. This role blends digital content production, analytics, cross-department coordination, and vendor collaboration. As a marketing professional, you are comfortable working with marketing technology, campaign management tools, and editorial and design workflows. You support the full lifecycle of marketing-from campaign planning, execution, reporting and content publishing. This position is ideal for someone who is both analytical and creative, thrives in fast-paced environments, and wants to drive measurable results. Digital Content, Social Media & Web Plan, create, schedule, and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels. Development of some digital assets including graphics, basic videos, infographics, and written content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Inform website updates, ensuring information is accurate, accessible, optimized, and aligned with brand standards. Collaborate with program leads and creative teams to support integrated campaign execution. Analytics, Reporting & Insights Collect and analyze campaign results across digital advertising platforms, social platforms, and web channels. Prepare performance reports, dashboards, and insights to guide optimization and strategic decision-making. Use data to identify audience behaviors, market trends, and growth opportunities. Support budgeting, forecasting, and billing reconciliation for digital campaigns. Cross-Functional Coordination & Marketing Operations Coordinate information, timelines, approvals, and creative assets across marketing, content, and IT/operations teams. Track project details, maintain marketing calendars, and ensure materials are accurate and delivered on time. Review and proof digital and print marketing materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance. Support administrative tasks including documentation, asset management, communication tracking, and version control. Identify issues or data discrepancies and escalate to leadership as needed. Vendor/Partner Relationship Support Support with vendor activities and reporting of digital campaigns across platforms. Make informed recommendations to enhance vendor effectiveness. Support internal communication about vendor activities. Request and make recommendations about quotes from marketing vendors. Support developing project briefs for marketing vendors. Stay current on emerging trends, platform updates, and interactive media innovations Qualifications & Experience 3 years of experience in digital marketing, content management, or marketing coordination. High proficiency in social media content creation and activation. Skilled in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Strong writing and editing abilities with an eye for accuracy and brand consistency. Basic understanding of Excel; comfortable analyzing data and building reports. Familiarity with SEO, accessibility guidelines, and website best practices. General understanding of CMS tools.
