Agence Cali is looking for a bilingual, strategic, and creative person to join its team as a Social Media Specialist.

The person in this role is responsible for creating, deploying and optimizing digital content strategies that are both effective and aligned with the business objectives, values and DNA of the brands represented by the agency. S·he actively contributes to making social media platforms true drivers of engagement, credibility and influence.

The Social Media Specialist has excellent knowledge of various platforms, a keen understanding of audience behavior, and the ability to translate a strategic vision into consistent, high-performing, and meaningful content. They act as a strategist, advisor, and key collaborator with internal teams and clients.

Main responsibilities

  • Ensure the day-to-day management of the agency's and its clients' social media accounts (publishing, scheduling, monitoring).
  • Create engaging, relevant content that is aligned with the brands' DNA: visuals, short videos, stories, reels, captions, and variations for each platform.
  • Adapt content according to the codes, formats, and best practices specific to each platform (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
  • Independently produce high-quality content using a cell phone (photo and video capture) and edit videos.
  • Design visuals and content variations in Canva, following established graphic and editorial guidelines.
  • Actively participate in content ideation by constantly monitoring trends, effective formats, and performance data.
  • Implement digital advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), including online publishing, adjustments, and monitoring, with the support of a strategy expert.
  • Track and analyze basic performance indicators (reach, engagement, click-through rates, simple conversions) to identify what is working and what can be optimized.
  • Contribute to the preparation of clear and structured performance reports, and make data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to adjust content and activations based on observed results.
  • Support teams with influencer and public relations initiatives, and during shoots, events, or activations, when required.

 

Requirements

  • Hold a degree or relevant education in communications, marketing, or digital media.
  • Have approximately 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Have a good understanding of social media performance indicators and digital advertising.
  • Be able to read, understand, and interpret basic data in order to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Demonstrate an excellent understanding of social platforms and their algorithmic logic.
  • Possess a keen aesthetic eye and great attention to detail.
  • Be proficient in the use of various tools and applications, including the Office Suite on Mac and tools for content creation, platform and digital advertising management, research, and performance tracking.
  • Be curious, analytical, and solution oriented.
  • Have strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone according to brands and platforms (FR/EN).
  • Demonstrate rigor, autonomy, and good team spirit in a collaborative and growing environment.
  • Have a keen interest in digital performance and continuous optimization.
