GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the supervision of the Vice President of Marketing and Administration, the digital marketing and business communications coordinator contributes to the planning, implementation, and tracking of the company's marketing and communication initiatives. The person in this position actively participates in increasing the company's visibility in digital media, creating and distributing content, managing digital platforms, launching promotional campaigns, as well as supporting the preparation of service offerings and organizing corporate events.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Digital Marketing and Content Strategy

  • Participate in the development and implementation of digital marketing and communication strategies on the company's various platforms, including websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Contribute to planning and deploying digital communication and promotion campaigns.
  • Conduct strategic and competitive monitoring to optimize the company's web presence and influence strategies.

Management of Digital Platforms and Social Media

  • Plan, create, adapt, and publish content (text, images, videos, infographics, etc.) for the company's various digital platforms and social media.
  • Manage daily social media activity, including tracking interactions, comments, and online conversations.
  • Ensure the coherence and quality of the content disseminated in both French and English.

Creation and Management of Digital Campaigns

  • Participate in the design, launch, and management of promotional campaigns on digital platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media networks, etc.).
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using analytics tools and make optimization recommendations.

Corporate Communications

  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of corporate communication standards and brand image.
  • Ensure the coherence of the brand image and company messages in all internal and external communications.

Support for Service Offers

  • Participate in the writing, formatting, and coordination of service offers and responses to calls for offers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather information necessary for proposal preparation.
  • Ensure the written quality, coherence, and compliance of the produced documents.

Events and Marketing Initiatives

  • Participate in planning and executing corporate events, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives.
  • Contribute to various initiatives aimed at increasing the company's visibility and influence.

Other Responsibilities

  • Participate in various marketing, event, and communication projects or initiatives as required by the organization.

WE WOULD LOVE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

  • University degree in communication/marketing or any other relevant field;
  • 2 years of experience in managing digital platforms, content writing, and/or managing and animating social media networks;
  • Experience with social media management tools;
  • Bilingual with excellent written skills in both French and English;
  • Strong teamwork and customer service skills;
  • Good organizational skills and priority management;
  • Positivity (for you, the glass is generally half full);
  • Proficiency with Office Suite software;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

AND EVEN MORE SO, IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING ASSETS

  • Knowledge of managing LinkedIn accounts and advertising campaigns
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.;
  • Basic knowledge in HTML and CSS languages;
  • Knowledge of the operation of a CMS type Wordpress;
  • Understand the operation of a massive email sending tool like Mailchimp;
  • Knowledge and experience with W3C guidelines and standards;
  • Knowledge and experience in graphic design is a significant asset (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or Adobe Creative Cloud.);
  • Excellent knowledge of trends on social media and the main platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
