Brand Ambassador - Marketing Area Specialist

Toronto / 6-Month Contract / $25,000 / 40 Hours/Week

We're looking for an outgoing, creative, boots-on-the-ground Brand Ambassador to bring the Pizza Nova brand to life across eight independently owned franchise locations in Toronto.

This is not a corporate head office position.

You will work directly on behalf of a group of local franchisees, driving real impact at the store level building community relationships, increasing local sales, and making sure our brand shows up loud, proud, and authentically in the neighbourhoods we serve.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll be the face of the brand for participating franchise locations - online and in person.

• Represent stores at community events, schools, festivals & local partnerships
• Visit schools and businesses to secure catering and group orders
• Plan and execute creative local marketing campaigns
• Run in-store promotions, sampling events, and giveaways
• Create and manage engaging social media content for designated locations
• Build strong relationships with local businesses and influencers
• Track campaign performance and share results with Franchisees & District Manager
• Ensure everything aligns with Pizza Nova brand standards
• You're building buzz, driving traffic, and increasing sales.

• Comfortable talking to anyone - from school principals to local business owners
• Confident representing a brand in public
• Creative, organized, and proactive
• Self-motivated and able to manage your time independently
• Flexible - events may require evenings and weekends
• Passionate about supporting local communities
• Experience in marketing, promotions, or social media is a strong asset.

The Details

• $25,000 total contract value
• Paid in equal instalments over 6 months
• 40 hours per week
• Contract runs 6 months
• Potential extension for an additional 6 months based on performance

This role supports independently owned franchise locations and does not create employment with Pizza Nova head office or the franchisor.
