Role

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist acts as an expert in media performance and the data ecosystem.

They collaborate closely with the strategy team to design, deploy, and optimize advanced digital strategies that ensure a measurable and sustainable return on investment.

You will have a direct impact on client growth, as well as on the evolution of internal practices.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Performance

  • Design and manage omnichannel digital strategies (SEA, SMM, programmatic, email marketing, automation);
  • Develop advanced acquisition strategies including programmatic advertising;
  • Deploy campaigns on media platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, DV360, etc.);
  • Integrate best practices in automation, AI, and algorithmic optimization.

Data, Tracking, and Governance

  • Structuring comprehensive tagging plans (GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion APIs, server-side tracking);
  • Implementing advanced attribution models;
  • Monitoring data quality and ensuring its reliability;
  • Leveraging first-party data in a post-cookie context.

Programmatic and Advanced Media

  • Deploying and optimizing programmatic campaigns (display, video, native, CTV);
  • Managing DSP platforms and real-time bidding environments;
  • Developing advanced audience and data-driven segmentation strategies.

Analysis and Leadership

  • Produce strategic dashboards (Looker Studio or equivalent);
  • Interpret performance and formulate high-value recommendations;
  • Present results and directions to clients;
  • Act as a mentor to intermediate/junior specialists to ensure the quality of deliverables and strategic consistency (QA);
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal processes and performance standards.

Requirements and Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing;
  • Advanced expertise in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and multi-platform tracking;
  • Experience in server-side tracking and API integration;
  • Proficiency in programmatic environments (DSP, RTB, audience data);
  • Solid understanding of attribution models and omnichannel measurement;
  • Proficiency in advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Experience with Looker Studio or other BI tools;
  • Agency experience an asset;
  • Bilingualism (French/English).

Assets

  • Experience in marketing automation and CRM;
  • Understanding of e-commerce environments and advanced data layers.
