THE POSITION

• Responsible for servicing highly complex and unique portfolios
• Account base in manufacturing and services
• Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders
• Be the "go-to" subject matter expert along with coaching and mentoring

MUST HAVES

• 10+ years of underwriting experience in property and casualty
• Completed or pursuing your CIP &/or FCIP designations
• Negotiation and sales experience
• Relationship builder both internally and externally
• Collaborative, team-first mindset
• Sound knowledge and understanding of underwriting discipline and philosophy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
