We are seeking a Director of Marketing and Communications, reporting to the Chief Brand Officer. The role is responsible for defining and executing marketing and communications strategies across the entire portfolio (2 hotels, 7 restaurants, and 1 spa), ensuring alignment between brand positioning and commercial performance.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Operations, Project Management and Execution
- Oversee marketing initiatives across all properties and ensure rigorous management of projects, timelines, and deliverables.
- Bring structure, clarity, and follow-through in a multi-project environment.
Hospitality and F&B Marketing
- Develop initiatives that drive hotel performance, direct bookings, and the positioning of restaurants and experiences.
Marketing Performance and Analytics
- Monitor performance, analyze results, and optimize strategies to support business objectives.
Digital Marketing and Guest Experience
- Lead digital initiatives (websites, social media, CRM, campaigns) to support guest acquisition and engagement.
Communications and Public Relations
- Oversee communications, media relations, and partnerships.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with revenue management, sales, operations, and culinary teams to align marketing initiatives with business priorities.
Team Leadership and Performance
- Lead and develop the marketing team, set objectives, and improve ways of working.
Innovation
- Ensure market awareness, identify opportunities, and contribute to the evolution of practices and initiatives.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Strategy, or a related field
- Certification in Hospitality and Digital Marketing is an asset
- 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, ideally in hospitality, tourism, or F&B
- Strong experience in hospitality marketing, including hotel and restaurant (F&B) environments, with the ability to lead initiatives
- targeting both B2C and B2B audiences (local, tourism, and corporate)
- Experience managing teams in multi-property environments
- Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) required due to regular interactions with English-speaking clients and partners
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with marketing and digital tools
- Experience in boutique hospitality or luxury brands is considered an asset
