Who We Are Looking For
We are currently seeking a Social Media Manager to be part of the Client Services team. The right candidate will have proven experience in delivering social media programs and strategy-driven creative solutions that address clients' specific business challenges on time and on budget.
This person is a true digital native, a beacon of emerging trends and behaviours, and obsessive about bringing the best of social to our clients' brands and executions. They are, simply put, chronically online, keeping their finger on the pulse of the latest social media updates, platforms, and evolving landscape. They are willing to go above and beyond to deliver smart solutions that exceed our clients' expectations.
What You'll Do
Community Management
- Act as the primary voice of our clients' brands across all social channels, embodying their unique tone, personality, and values in every interaction.
- Proactively engage with online communities, initiating conversations, responding to comments and messages, and fostering positive sentiment and brand loyalty.
- Develop and maintain community guidelines, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for brand followers.
- Monitor community health and sentiment, identifying trends, escalating potential issues or crises, and providing timely and appropriate responses.
- Cultivate relationships with key community members, brand advocates, and relevant stakeholders to amplify brand messaging and reach.
- Identify opportunities for user-generated content (UGC) and facilitate its integration into broader content strategies.
Influencer Programming
- Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with client objectives and campaign goals.
- Conduct research and vetting of potential influencers, ranging from micro-influencers to macro-celebrities, ensuring brand fit, audience authenticity, and performance potential.
- Manage the end-to-end influencer partnership lifecycle, including initial outreach, negotiation support, contract review, briefing, and content approval processes.
- Review and facilitate influencer content with client, ensuring all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Monitor influencer campaign performance, track KPIs, and provide insights for optimization and future programming. Leveraging insights on performance and highlighting as learnings in reporting.
Account & Social Strategy Management
- Clearly define, implement, and manage comprehensive social strategies based on overall client objectives, KPIs, and budget, inclusive of organic and paid campaigns across client channels.
- Proactively source and analyze real-time conversation data, social listening insights, and emerging platform trends to inform and drive strategic social presentations, content planning, and client recommendations.
- Work closely with editorial, design, and technology colleagues to facilitate content research, analysis, creative concepting, and production, leveraging data to inform creative direction.
- Support end-to-end creative development processes for all social efforts, from conception to production to final approvals.
- Develop a confident knowledge of your client sectors, staying abreast of industry news, competitors, and marketplace conditions.
- Support the success of accounts with clear objectives, measurable goals, and reporting.

- 2-3 years of account management experience specifically with brand's social media (agency setting preferred).
- Proven experience in social media community management and engagement, including developing and maintaining brand voice guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and interpret social trends, audience insights, and real-time conversation data to inform strategy and content.
- Experience with influencer marketing, including research, vetting, outreach, and campaign activation.
- Meticulous, organized, technical and creative at the same time - comfortable managing multiple streams of work and client feedback.
- Strong time management and project coordination skills to support clients and ensure delivery of high-quality work on tight deadlines.
- Commitment to continuous improvement with a demonstrated drive to respond to feedback through an iterative review process.
- An inquisitive mind, always looking to expand your understanding of the current business environment and the dynamic social media landscape.
- Experience using collaborative team communication and project management applications (e.g., Sprinklr, Klear, Monday.com, Teams).
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
