The Role
This is a full-cycle Account Executive role.
You are responsible for:
- Hunting new business
- Onboarding customers into contracts
- Managing and growing existing accounts
The core revenue focus:
- Scheduled / recurring meal programs
- Group ordering
- Expansion into catering and events
You are expected to close contracts, drive repeat revenue, and expand accounts over time.
We operate with Mamba Speed.

This is an unapologetically aggressive role. You are expected to create urgency, push deals forward, and deliver results.
What You'll Own
- Prospect and close net-new B2B accounts across the GTA
- Onboard companies into recurring meal programs and group ordering contracts
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Drive retention, upsells, and repeat revenue
- Build and maintain a high-velocity pipeline in Zoho CRM
- Own deals end-to-end, including pricing, negotiation, and financial outcomes
- Expand accounts into catering and events after onboarding
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive outreach
- Represent Food Mamba in meetings, tastings, and on-site interactions
- Provide direct feedback on product, pricing, and market conditions

What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of B2B sales experience
- Experience in food, hospitality, SaaS, events, or corporate services preferred
- Proven ability to
- Track record of hitting revenue targets
- Strong communication and client management skills

Compensation
- Base: $50,000-$60,000
- Commission: Uncapped
- OTE: $85,000-$110,000+
- Quarterly accelerators
