Reporting to the Marketing Director and the Graphic Projects Manager, the person in this role plays a key part in the visual presence of our brands. Through their creativity, versatility and understanding of marketing challenges, they actively contribute to the design of cohesive, impactful visual content aligned with our brand image.


An overview of your role :

  • Design, adapt and optimize creative visuals for Gastronome Animal and Leis Pet Distributing across various platforms (web, social media, newsletters and advertising).
  • Actively participate in the creation and ongoing development of monthly and promotional catalogs.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate concepts, campaigns and business objectives into strong, cohesive visual content.
  • Produce photo and video content (shooting, editing, narration) that showcases our products, events and company culture.
  • Ensure the creation, development and consistency of brand image.
  • Adapt visuals for different formats and mediums (trade shows, storefronts, vehicles, sales tools).

Candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a role related to graphic design, visual design or visual content production (including video editing or motion design).
  • College diploma (DEC) in graphic design, video editing or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent command of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
  • Bilingualism (an asset). Our team collaborates with colleagues based in Ontario and works on projects in both French and English.

Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may also be considered.

  • Strong skills in graphic design, video editing and motion design, with a constant focus on visual consistency and quality.
  • Ability to translate ideas, concepts or marketing objectives into effective visual content.
  • Ability to work autonomously on creative projects, from understanding the initial need through to final delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, sometimes within tight deadlines, while maintaining a high level of quality.
  • Strong organizational skills, with a good sense of priorities and follow‑up.
  • Professionalism, attention to detail and reliability in the execution of mandates.
  • Openness to constructive feedback and a desire for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborative mindset, positive attitude and a good sense of humor (a must!).
