Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role focuses on leading strategic initiatives to drive growth and performance in the North American aftermarket business. The team stands out for its strong cross-functional collaboration, providing broad exposure to different areas of the organization and market dynamics. The candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining long-term relationships with senior-level partners. This is a full-time position from Monday to Friday with flexible hours, based in Saint-Hubert, and performed exclusively on-site.
What will your day-to-day look like?

Lead a team of sales professionals across NA with sales responsibilities for all P&WC aftermarket products and services,

Develop and maintain solid business relationships at executive level across NA customer base, from owner/operator to Fixed Based Operation (FBO) and Governmental entities for all aftermarket sales activities;

Develop strategies to maintain P&WC leadership positions in all key markets (General aviation, Regional aviation, Turbofan and APU);

Lead bid respond process for Long Term Agreements, tenders for timely quotation submission;

Be an expert at P&WC product and services for operators, both technically and financially;

Reach established sales quotas, prepare and maintain forecasts that supports MRO activities across multiple sites;

Work across Business Development, Marketing, Contracts and Operations organizations. Ensure alignment to meet market objectives;

Address local challenges and capture market opportunities using strategic and creative ways;

Participate in new in-service solution development and strategic plans;

Attend trade shows, visit customers on a regular basis.
What do you need to be successful?

Bachelor’s degree in either Administration, Engineering or Aeronautics with 10 to 15 years experience. MBA/Master’s degree an asset;

Autonomous, Professional and business enthusiast with an evolving mindset;

Self-motivation, ability to develop new territories and customers in a changing environment;

Successful relationship building skills in a long sales cycle business;

Good understanding of sales cycle and contractual aspects (credit approvals, logistics, etc.);

Excellent negotiation/problem solving/presentation skills along with strong strategic thinking (ability to develop medium and long term plans of action) and creativity to achieve Win-Win complex solutions;

Ability to lead initiatives and projects yielding sales and opportunity closure;

Strong working knowledge of aircraft industry is desirable (Aircraft/engine maintenance sales experience), particularly of the Brazilian and Latin American markets.

Frequent Travel is required;
This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
