We are looking for an experienced marketing freelancer to support the adaptation and execution of global marketing campaigns for the Canadian market. This is a hands-on role focused on turning global direction into high-quality, locally relevant marketing tools.
You will work closely with the marketing team to adapt international campaigns and develop all associated materials, ensuring messaging and visuals are aligned with Canadian market requirements and ready for execution.

mylife Diabetescare is a Switzerland-based company with a growing presence in Canada, including our local office in Pointe-Claire. We bring innovative medical devices to market, with a recent launch in Canada focused on supporting people living with type 1 diabetes. Every day, our goal is to help improve quality of life by making diabetes management simpler, more flexible, and more intuitive.
Scope of work
In this role, you will:
• Adapt global marketing campaigns, including messaging and imagery, to the Canadian market
• Develop and deliver campaign assets across multiple channels
• Collaborate with graphic designers and agencies to produce final materials
• Ensure consistency of messaging and visuals across all tools and touchpoints
• Coordinate the production of marketing materials from brief to final delivery
• Support both patient-facing and HCP-facing communications
Typical deliverables may include:
• Brochures and detailers
• Flyers and print materials
• Digital ads (display, social, etc.)
• Social media content and campaigns
• Campaign toolkits and supporting assets
Profile we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is autonomous, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
You:
• Have experience working with structured marketing environments and adapting global campaigns
• Understand marketing and sales messaging, and how to adapt it effectively for different audiences, including patients and healthcare professionals
• Are comfortable managing multiple deliverables
• Have strong experience in content development and campaign execution
• Know how to work effectively with designers and external partners
• Are able to translate direction into clear, high-quality execution
• Are proactive and require minimal supervision
Experience and requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, medical devices, or a regulated environment
• Strong understanding of both print and digital marketing assets
• Experience working with graphic designers, agencies and printers; and managing production workflows
• Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
• Available for a 3-month contract, with option for renewal
