The Opportunity:

We are seeking a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Brand Manager. The Brand Manager role is part of the Brand Team contributing to the continued growth of Agency Brands by providing leadership and strategy to existing clients, support with identifying new clients and contributing to continuous improvement of the Brand Teams services, success and effectiveness. This is a cross-functional role that requires excellent relationship building skills, written and verbal presentation skills, and project management skills.

This is a full time, permanent, home office-based position.

Primary Duties:

· Brand Leadership: Define, translate and implement brand vision, and align all stakeholders behind the growth plan to maintain passion, energy & focus.

  • Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop brand & portfolio strategy (within context of the brand and Agency's strategy and objectives).
  • Brand Communication: Implement trainings, develop tools, and communication with brands for sales and marketing.
  • Brand Activation: Develop & guide promotional activities, define strategies and concepts, and transform them into initiatives.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze and present sales insights monthly to guide brand strategy and ensure performance targets are exceeded.
  • Business Acumen: Read, navigate, and understand the cost of bringing a product to market (forecasting, trade spend, retail CODB) and support brands to make the best decisions for their growth and success. Leverage business insights and analytics across brands to gain alignment on business decisions. Make recommendations on improving resources, processes and SOPs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Team to maximize promotional programs impact and sales initiatives.

· Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitors, competitive product lines, current retail environment and available promotional and marketing programs.

The Candidate:

Education and Experience

  • 5+ years' experience working in food and beverage consumer-packaged goods (retail, distribution, manufacturing).
  • 3+ years in a brand, key account or retail management role.
  • Exhibits a deep understanding of and experience with data (manufacturer, distributor, Neilsen, IRI, SPINS, etc.) to effectively measure business performance and drive actions
  • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams to successfully launch brands and products preferred.
  • Ability to lead with confidence, gain consensus and guide others.
