Your job purpose :
Reporting to the Customer Success Manager, the Customer Success Partner will take clients from introduction to activation and beyond — educating them on digital can printing, supporting their first orders, identifying upsell opportunities, nurturing long-term relationships, and reactivating dormant accounts. You’ll be a key part of the client’s success and a driving force behind Hart Print’s continued growth across the beverage industry.

How you will make an impact:

Lead initial introduction with new accounts and follow up with prospects to develop relationship;

Present and educate customers on our value proposition by showcasing our unique advantages and positioning the company as a trusted industry leader;

Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions;

Educate clients on our sampling process, ordering system, reordering process, and customization options;

Support customers throughout the order process and provide & resolve client concerns;

Ensure thorough documentation within CRM system;

Maintain Strategic Oversight: Stay engaged with high-potential accounts for upselling opportunities and long-term growth.

Identify inactive customers and include them in the reactivation process.
Knowledge and skills required
-
Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken) as the role will be supporting customers across Canada & the USA;

Minimum 3 yrs of experience in B2B sales and/or customer service;

Outgoing, sociable and works well in a team;

Reliable and resourceful;

Autonomous and adaptable to changes;

At ease with technology and cloud based tools (strong knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software);

Ability to multitasking;

Attention to detail;
