Role Overview

We're looking for a highly execution-focused Offline Marketing professional to drive Foxtale's on-ground brand presence. This role involves managing end-to-end execution of events, activations, and PR initiatives-ensuring seamless delivery, strong brand representation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of branded events and activations of all sizes.
  • Lead briefing processes, setting clear objectives, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with the wider marketing team.
  • Oversee all logistical elements including venue sourcing and liaison, run-of-show planning, supplier coordination, health & safety compliance, and on-site production management
  • Work cross-functionally with creative, PR, and media teams to ensure activations are integrated within wider campaign timelines
  • Manage the end-to-end production and fulfilment of PR boxes, press mailers, influencer gifting packages, and other branded physical deliveries
  • Maintain and manage the target recipient database in collaboration with the PR and influencer teams, ensuring gifting reaches the right audiences at the right time
  • Coordinate logistics, fulfilment, and delivery tracking for all outbound brand parcels, including managing returns or exceptions
  • Build and maintain a trusted network of agency partners, production companies, and specialist suppliers
  • Oversee production and enablement of co-branded partnerships and merchandise.
  • Manage budgets for all offline experiences, ensuring accurate forecasting, cost control, and timely financial reconciliation across projects

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience in managing branded events and experiential activations in a brand, agency, or in-house capacity.
  • Proven track record of managing complex logistics end-to-end, from initial brief through to on-site delivery and post-event wrap.
  • Hands-on experience in PR gifting, mailer fulfilment, or physical branded collateral production and dispatch
  • Knowledge of event permitting, licensing, risk assessment, and health & safety requirements for public or branded activations
  • Excellent budget management skills able to work to tight budgets while maintaining quality and brand standards
  • Calm, solution-focused, and decisive under pressure.
  • Strong communication and collaborator across internal teams and external partners.
