Job Description

Within the Public Affairs team, the individual actively contributes to the implementation of La Caisse's internal communication strategy, with the objective of strengthening understanding, adherence and mobilization of employees around our orientations, priorities and major business projects. The person plays a leading advisory role with internal partners and participates in the planning, development and deployment of high strategic value communication contents and initiatives.

In a complex and constantly changing environment, the individual is called upon to translate business, financial and organizational issues into clear, structured and motivating messages, adapted to various internal audiences

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic adviser in internal communication to business partners and management teams;

  • Contribute to the development of communication strategies, plans and narratives supporting major business projects, organizational transformations and cross-functional initiatives;

  • Write and structure high-level strategic content (articles, management messages, speeches, scripts, mobilization tools, postings, etc.) for various internal platforms;

  • Popularize and narrate complex issues, notably related to investments, performance, organizational evolution or strategic positioning;

  • Ensure rigorous project management, from planning to delivery, respecting deadlines and high quality standards;

  • Contribute to the evolution of practices, processes and editorial standards in internal communication;

  • Participate in the organization of certain internal events and the integration of content on La Caisse's digital platforms.

  • Intellectual curiosity, creativity and interest in business issues;

  • Interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams;

  • Comfortable in a complex environment, undergoing transformation and with multiple priorities.

What you bring

  • University degree in communication, journalism, public affairs, public relations or any other relevant field;

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in communication, journalism, public affairs, or a comparable advisory role, with a strong writing component;

  • Excellent strategic writing, popularization and narrative skills;

  • Strong interest in the investment business, the financial field, the economy or major business issues (important asset);

  • Ability to quickly understand complex content and make it accessible to non-expert audiences;

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written;

  • Occasional availability outside normal office hours.
