Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that support organizational objectives<
- Drive end to end campaign planning, from insight and strategy through execution and post campaign analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross functional partners to ensure alignment, efficiency, and excellence in delivery
- Translate business priorities into clear, compelling marketing briefs and actionable plans
- Guide creative development to ensure messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with brand standards
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate results, and leverage insights to continuously optimize outcomes
- Own marketing calendars to ensure cohesive storytelling and timely execution across initiatives
- Manage budgets with accountability, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and deliver strong ROI
- Champion brand integrity and consistency across all marketing touchpoints
- Stay informed on marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in marketing, brand, or campaign management roles
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands on execution
- Experience leading integrated marketing initiatives and navigating cross functional environments
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Clear, persuasive communicator with strong presentation and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, results oriented environment
- Proficiency in marketing tools, platforms, and performance reporting methodologies
