Bilingual required · Remote, Canada-based · Full-time contract

ecos systems is scaling fast — globally. We help high-security organizations protect and manage critical assets with proven smart locker and key management solutions (30,000+ installations, serving customers in 40+ countries).

In 2026, our goals are clear: grow inbound lead volume across North America, scale our content and distribution engine, and support a busy international trade show calendar — while expanding our presence in Canada.

To do that, we’re hiring a hands-on, organized marketer to join our Canadian team and support our North American marketing programs. You’ll report to the Marketing Lead, Canada, and work closely with the broader global marketing team and Sales.

ResponsibilitiesTrade Shows & Field Marketing

We participate in industry trade shows across North America and internationally. You’ll help plan and execute the shows we attend in Canada and the U.S., including:

  • Event logistics, coordination, timelines, and vendor management
  • Booth and collateral preparation (print materials, product messaging, demos)
  • Pre-show and post-show campaigns (email and follow-up workflows)
  • Lead tracking, reporting, and post-event insights to improve the next show

Email & Lifecycle Marketing in HubSpot

You’ll help run the programs that turn marketing activity into qualified pipeline:

  • Build and launch email and nurture campaigns in HubSpot
  • Design and maintain lifecycle programs, segmentation, and lead-scoring workflows
  • Ensure clean tracking and attribution (UTMs, lists, reporting hygiene)
  • Improve conversion performance and campaign consistency over time

Content Marketing

You’ll contribute to our content engine — partnering with the Marketing Lead and internal subject-matter experts to produce assets that support demand generation and Sales:

  • Blog posts, case studies, customer references, and short-form written content
  • Bilingual adaptation for French-Canadian audiences (not just translation)
  • Content that works across email, web, and event contexts

Additional Marketing Support

ecos is growing quickly, and this role has real room to stretch. Depending on your strengths and interests, you may also contribute to:

  • Product marketing (positioning, one-pagers, sales enablement)
  • Digital marketing (SEO, paid search, LinkedIn, retargeting)
  • Website updates and localization

We’re looking for someone who wants scope and initiative.

What success looks like

  • Canadian trade shows run smoothly, with strong lead capture and clean follow-up
  • Email and nurture campaigns launch consistently and contribute measurable pipeline
  • Audiences receive content adapted to their market, not just translated
  • Ability to move programs forward with limited hand-holding
  • Over time, you take on broader scope in the areas where you’re strongest

Who you are

You’re a hands-on marketer who enjoys turning plans into clean, consistent execution. You like building systems, keeping things moving, and seeing results. You’re comfortable juggling priorities across events, email, and content — and you take initiative when you see a gap.

Required

  • 3–4+ years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Strong English & French (written and spoken)
  • Proven experience coordinating trade shows or events end-to-end
  • Experience running email programs and lead-nurture / lifecycle campaigns
  • Solid project-management skills and comfort managing multiple priorities
  • Marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred - workflows, lists, lifecycle stages, reporting)

Strong assets

  • B2B content-writing experience
  • Product marketing experience (positioning, messaging, sales enablement)
  • Digital marketing experience (SEO, paid, LinkedIn, retargeting)
  • Comfort working across time zones with an international team
