What your day looks like:

  • Consultative Architecture: Lead high-impact discovery calls. You aren't an order-taker; you are a digital strategist that delivers solutions. You diagnose business pain points and prescribe tailored ROI-driven solutions that clients didn't even know they needed.
  • Revenue Accountability: Own your pipeline from end to end. You will collaborate with the Sales Manager to execute aggressive growth strategies, ensuring annual revenue targets aren't just met, but smashed.
  • Precision Engagement: Qualify opportunities with surgical precision. You orchestrate consultant schedules and lead-flow to maximize conversion rates and ensure every meeting is a high-impact interaction.
  • Data Intelligence: Maintain "impeccable" hygiene within our HubSpot ecosystem. You treat data as a competitive advantage, ensuring total traceability and actionable insights for the entire team.

What you bring to the team:

  • Relentless Drive & Grit: A minimum 2+ years of high-performance sales experience (face-to-face or cold calling). You have a proven track record of exceeding quotas and a "figure-it-out" mentality in a high-stakes environment.
  • Technical Curiosity: You have a solid grasp of the digital landscape (SEO, SEM, CX, AI) or the extreme Growth Mindset required to master it rapidly. You don't just sell the product; you understand the mechanics.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Perfectly bilingual in English and French (spoken and written). You communicate with poise, authority, and professional maturity in both languages.
  • High Accountability: You thrive in a quota-based, competitive environment. You take full ownership of your results and view "pushback" as an opportunity to educate and consult.
  • Professional Polish: You possess the "consultative authority" to lead rooms, influence decision-makers, and manage client expectations with a frictionless, high-level approach.
