What your day looks like:

  • Client Value Maximization:  You proactively engage with existing clients to diagnose their needs and propose upsell and cross-sell solutions that drive real-world results.
  • Performance Obsession: You possess a natural intensity for meeting and crushing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. To you, a renewal isn't just a goal; it's a mission.
  • Pipeline Mastery: You lead opportunities with precision through our defined sales process. You ensure flawless traceability in HubSpot, treating data as a strategic decision-making lever.
  • Consultative Expertise: You lead high-level presentations and screen-shares. You don't just explain our services; you demonstrate how our tech solutions solve your clients' critical challenges.
  • Ambassador of Excellence: You embody Ubiweb’s professionalism. You are the strategic point of contact ensuring impeccable client satisfaction while fiercely protecting the agency’s interests.


What you bring to the team:

  • Experience & Authority: 2-3 years of experience, preferably in tech or solution-based sales. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and driving revenue.
  • Impactful Communication: Impeccable phone etiquette and the ability to influence remotely. Your active listening allows you to spot opportunities where others see obstacles.
  • Growth Mindset: A relentless passion for digital marketing and technological evolution. You never stagnate; you are constantly upgrading your expertise.
  • Surgical Precision: A high attention to detail. In a high-performance environment, accuracy is the foundation of credibility.
  • Linguistic Mastery: Fully fluent in both English and French (spoken and written) to navigate seamlessly with our diverse client base.
  • Grit & Determination: You thrive in healthy competition and numerical environments. You have high technical aptitude and a "figure-it-out" mentality.
