About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Billing Specialist (RevOps) to support the billing function along with Tier 1 support for Hubspot. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role ensures the seamless flow of data and accuracy of billing through tools such as HubSpot and Chargebee, as well as their integration with other business systems.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in the details — comfortable digging into system configurations, ensuring data integrity, and ensuring billing accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee billing processes and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain and update billing systems to reflect current client data and transactions.
• Prepare and review billing and collections reports and invoices.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all billing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor incoming payments and accurately apply them to customer accounts.
• Investigate and resolve billing errors and inconsistencies.
• Generate and issue invoices as required.
• Ensure adherence to established billing policies and procedures.
• Provide regular updates on outstanding invoices and accounts receivable.
• Review CRM data to ensure alignment with billing system records.
• Perform Monthly reconciliations such as cash with billing and third party spend vs billing
• Support Tier 1 tickets for Hubspot

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related analytical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Chargebee (administration, configuration, integrations).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience integrating HubSpot and Chargebee with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with SaaS revenue recognition and billing processes.
• Exposure to SQL or other query languages for data analysis.
