Wanna dive into the exciting digital and tech marketing universe and join our team? Ubiweb is looking for a Creative & Brand Production Lead to serve as the visual engine of our marketing team. This is a leadership position for someone who wants to own the brand's visual identity, set the creative standard, and drive the production pipeline from brief to final asset.
At the intersection of creative leadership and strategic production, you will ensure every asset directly serves our reputation, retention, and growth goals while operating with full autonomy on creative decisions.
What your day-to-day looks like
Brand Identity & Visual Standards
- Own and enforce Ubiweb's visual identity across all digital, social, sales, and partner touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure every asset produced is premium and visually consistent.
- Serve as the final visual quality check for all external content and proactively flag brand integrity risks.
Video & Visual Production
- Lead end-to-end video production, from concept and shoot direction through editing and final delivery.
- Direct and coordinate on-set shoots, focusing on creative direction, framing, and quality control while collaborating with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Produce high-impact assets including client testimonial videos, social media content, paid ads, and partner kits.
- Implement AI-assisted tools and smarter workflows to meaningfully reduce average production time.
Production Timeline & Strategic Ownership
- Own the production calendar independently, scoping, scheduling, and tracking all creative requests from intake to delivery.
- Define project requirements (briefs, assets, deadlines) and set clear turnaround expectations with stakeholders.
- Triage incoming requests based on business impact and bandwidth, pushing back constructively when requests are under-scoped.
- Stay ahead of trends in motion design and AI-powered production tools to continuously improve quality and efficiency.
What you bring to the team
- 3-5 years of experience in video production, visual content creation, or a creative production role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand-consistent video and visual content across social and digital channels.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Excellent communication skills in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Demonstrated experience managing a production calendar and scoping creative projects independently.
- Assertive and proactive mindset; you surface problems before they become fires and come with solutions.
- Asset: Experience with AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, CapCut AI).
- Asset: Solid understanding of social platform specs and best practices for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
