Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time, On-Site, Temporary Position

Job Overview: We are seeking a full-time Sales Territory Manager (In-Store Representative) for a territory located on the South Shore of Quebec City. You will need to be proactive and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills. You will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts within your territory. Your primary task will be to meet or exceed established sales and merchandising targets. You will work independently and be part of a seasoned and passionate team dedicated to ensuring the company's growth and profitability and delivering on our Best Choice promise.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implement Dare Foods Limited's strategic business plans with the retailer for each client/banner within the assigned territory.
  • Develop, implement, and maximize an efficient and effective plan for managing retail visits within the assigned territory, in accordance with pre-established classifications.
  • Effectively utilize professional and fact-based sales techniques to achieve full distribution (product availability) of all designated products and secure additional display/showroom space.
  • Proactively provide regular information and feedback to the appropriate individuals regarding successes, challenges, opportunities, and competitive initiatives related to the retail market.
  • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key influencers and decision-makers in stores and develop results-oriented promotional presentations.
  • Maintain a client database containing various information (e.g., visits, calls, displays secured, actions taken, follow-up actions, results, etc.).

Requirements

  • University or college degree in business or another relevant field, or equivalent sales experience
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills; ability to quickly identify and prioritize key opportunities
  • Knowledge of or experience in the retail packaged goods industry would be considered an asset
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift at least 35 pounds
  • Ability to crouch to manage the bottom shelf in visited stores
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a strong asset
