The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in the development and execution of the company’s marketing initiatives. The position contributes to brand visibility through various projects involving traditional and digital marketing, communications, events, sales tools, and promotional campaigns.
The ideal candidate is organized, creative, and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and growing environment.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES- Participate in the implementation of marketing and communication campaigns;
- Contribute to the creation of content for the website, social media, and marketing communications;
- Assist in the production and development of marketing tools;
- Participate in SEO optimization and digital campaigns;
- Monitor digital performance using analytical tools;
- Conduct competitive and market trend analysis;
- Coordinate translation requests and proofreading corrections;
- Coordinate signage, sales tools, and print advertisements;
- Liaise with printers and external suppliers;
- Organize events;
- Manage annual renewals for associations and the prospect database;
- Order employee apparel and manage inventory;
- Manage department expenses;
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
- College diploma in Marketing or Communications, or equivalent relevant experience (DEC);
- 1 to 2 years of experience in marketing and/or communications;
- Project management experience (an asset).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English, as the role involves interactions with clients and suppliers outside the province and internationally;
- Spanish is considered a linguistic asset;
- Knowledge of the automotive or telematics industry (an asset);
- Experience with marketing and digital tools, including Salesforce, Adobe Creative Suite, and Google Analytics;
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools (an asset).
- Excellent writing skills;
- Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques, including content marketing, email marketing, social media (paid and organic), web, SEO, and A/B testing;
- Strong research, project management, and analytical skills;
