We are looking for a unique Account Manager capable of evolving and influencing at the executive (C-Suite) level. With a natural executive credibility, you orchestrate complex sales cycles, build enduring relationships with strategic decision-makers, and position solutions as levers for transformation in the most demanding manufacturing environments.
Your Mission C-Level Engagement & Strategic Influence- Build and maintain trust-based relationships at the C-Suite level (CEO, CFO, CIO, CDO) within large corporations
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, understanding priorities
- Participate in executive forums, sector roundtables, and high-level events to strengthen your position and that of the company.
- Define and execute an expansion strategy on a portfolio of strategic accounts with high potential.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: qualification, solution architecture, personalized value proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Ensure a robust and predictable sales pipeline, with ambitious revenue objectives and regular reporting to management.
- University degree
- 10 years of experience in B2B business development in complex technological or industrial environments.
- Proven track record of concluding sales at the executive (C-Suite) level
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and identify true decision centers.
- High relational and emotional intelligence: strategic listening, context adaptation, management of internal political dynamics of accounts.
