As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our digital presence across multiple Canadian brands.
From reels that will skyrocket our Instagram views, to multi-platform campaigns that turn heads, to best-in-class content management, you’ll directly contribute to amplifying bold brands that each have their own personality and never go unnoticed.

HERE’S HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR DAYS IN RETURN
- Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Content Creation: Create engaging content for multiple social media platforms for each brand, including graphics, videos, story content, and copy. Content will be tailored to each brand’s voice, audience, and marketing goals.
- LinkedIn Content: Monitor trends and stay on top of relevant industry news. Create graphics and copy for executives and business development leaders.
- Platform Management: Plan, schedule, publish, and manage community engagement across all channels (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of digital trends to keep our brands relevant and competitive.
- Video Content: Film and edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro. Filming is primarily to be done on personal mobile devices (basic equipment, such as mics, stands, etc, will be provided).
- Email Marketing & Newsletters
- Campaign Management: Plan, build, test, and send external newsletters for each brand based on the brand’s individual sending schedule.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze open rates, click-through rates, and conversions to continuously improve future campaigns.
- Asset & Image Management
- Image Library Management: Act as the “librarian” of our visual assets. Organize, tag, and maintain image databases across all brands, including content from various freelancers and sources.
- Quality Control: Ensure all assets meet brand standards and are easily accessible for the team.
- Photography: Bring a strong photographic eye and experience in product or lifestyle photography.
- Support & Collaboration
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to align digital efforts with overall business objectives.
- Participate in weekly check-ins with each brand’s marketing leads.
- Contribute to the overall brand strategy across the group.
- Take on “all other duties as assigned” in a fast-moving environment and be ready to pivot as priorities evolve.
- Analytics, Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Performance Monitoring: Track and interpret weekly metrics (engagement rates, follower growth, newsletter open and click-through rates).
- Quarterly Reporting: Prepare and present detailed quarterly reports across all brands, including data-driven insights and recommendations.

Qualifications
- Tech savvy: Strong command of social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
- Creativity: Solid basics in graphic design (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or Creator Studio) and a great eye for photo and video.
- Organization: Excellent time management – you’ll be juggling six distinct brand identities every day.
- Communication: Strong writing skills and the ability to adapt tone across different brands.
- Mobility: Available to travel when needed and hold a valid passport.
Education & Experience
- Education: Post-secondary diploma or certificate in marketing, digital communications, advertising or in a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media, with concrete examples of your work (portfolio or managed accounts) Agency or multi-brand experience = a strong asset.
- Bilingualism: Strong proficiency in both French and English.
YOUR SECRET WEAPONS FOR EXTRA POINTS

- Certifications: Google Analytics, HubSpot Content Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or similar.
- Platforms: Experience with social scheduling tools (Sprout Social, Later) and email platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo).

- Technical: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to tweak email templates.
- AI Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools.
- SEO: Solid understanding of SEO and digital search trends.
- Experience in events, entertainment, travel, or luxury brands.
