We're hiring a Marketing Specialist to be in the middle of it. You'll join a small, energetic team and help bring ideas to life across every corner of our marketing: social content, email and print campaigns, agent recruitment marketing, events, and the day-to-day ops that keep things moving. If you're obsessed with social, have a design eye, love juggling multiple projects, and take pride in making things run seamlessly behind the scenes, keep reading.
What You'll Do
- Support email campaigns, drip sequences, agent communications, brand collabs, and agent recruitment marketing
- Coordinate print production across postcards, mailers, listing ads, brochures, and flyers
- Create marketing assets in Canva (Adobe experience is a bonus)
- Plan, coordinate, and schedule content across Property.ca's social channels
- Lean into content creation and help bring our brand to life in fresh, scroll-stopping ways
- Coordinate marketing operations out of Asana, where every request, project, and deadline lives, keeping work on track and delivered on time
- Manage the marketing inbox, triaging incoming requests to ensure prompt delivery and an outstanding agent experience
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships, from print suppliers to creative partners, so execution is smooth and on-time
- Coordinate company events including recruitment days, golf days, galas, and branch gatherings
- Support in-house agent training sessions, ensuring smooth and flawless delivery and experience
- Work collaboratively across departments to keep brand execution consistent
What You Bring
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, so you notice what others miss
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, plus Asana (or similar PM tool)
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, meaning you're on them, you get them, and you have opinions about what works
- Experience with Canva (Adobe Suite is an asset)
- Strong written communication skills, so you can draft a clean email, caption, or agent comm without hand-holding
- A design eye, meaning you care how things look and can tell when something's off
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping quality
Bonus points
- Experience in real estate, brokerage, or another agent-driven business
- Prepress knowledge
- Filming and video editing experience (iPhone-quality is fine to start)
