About the Role

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship driven sales representative to help grow Facile’s presence across salons, boutiques, and retail partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys sales, networking, beauty, and brand building. You’ll work closely with the founder and play an important role in expanding Facile’s wholesale presence throughout Montreal and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and connect with salons, spas, boutiques, and lifestyle retailers
• Conduct in person visits, outreach, and follow ups with potential accounts
• Present Facile’s products, pricing, and brand story professionally
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners
• Open new wholesale accounts and support reorders
• Assist with seasonal launches and new product introductions
• Represent the brand in a polished and professional manner
• Share market feedback, trends, and growth opportunities with the team

Ideal Candidate

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with outreach, sales, and relationship building
• Organized, proactive, and self motivated
• Passionate about beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands
• Previous sales, retail, or wholesale experience is an asset
• Fluent in English and French
• Based in or near Montreal
• Access to a vehicle is required

Compensation & Structure

• Base salary + commission structure
