CoreFactor is searching for an Adobe Digital Marketing Specialist on a contract basis for a client in the GTA.
This position is hybrid and will require the successful incumbent to go into office 2-4 times per week located in Downtown Toronto.
Role Summary
Key Responsibilities
Personalization Strategy & Execution:
- Design and deliver cross-channel personalized experiences (web, app, email, paid media)
- Translate segmentation, behaviours, and client signals into actionable journey strategies
MarTech & Capability Enablement:
- Leverage platforms (e.g., CDP, AJO, targeting tools) to operationalize personalization at scale
- Support roadmap delivery, vendor integration, and capability adoption across teams
- Partner with technology and data teams to ensure strong data connectivity and activation
Experimentation & Optimization:
- Lead test-and-learn programs (A/B, multivariate) to optimize journeys and campaigns
- Analyze performance, derive insights, and continuously improve relevance and conversion
- Establish measurement frameworks tied to business and client outcomes
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Growth, Product, Analytics, and Channel teams to embed personalization into campaigns and digital experiences
- Support prioritization, roadmap alignment, and execution across squads
Change Management & Adoption:
- Drive adoption of personalization best practices across the organization
- Support training, documentation, and process evolution to scale capabilities
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in digital marketing, personalization, or MarTech (financial services preferred)
- Strong understanding of customer data, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with personalization or campaign orchestration platforms
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and deliver business impact
- Analytical mindset with comfort leveraging data to inform decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
