We are looking for a highly organized and adaptable Marketing & Client Services Coordinator to support both client operations and marketing execution within a fast-moving environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety—balancing client communication, digital operations and marketing support. You’ll be a key link between customers, internal teams, and online platforms, ensuring everything runs smoothly from inquiry to delivery to campaign execution.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely responses, issue resolution, and effective communication across teams.
- Manage customer accounts, contracts, and order activity while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Support online order processing, website updates, and digital content maintenance.
- Provide general administrative support including reporting, internal communications, scheduling updates, and recruitment postings.
- Assist with marketing initiatives such as campaign coordination, social media content, newsletters, and paid digital ads.
- Track marketing performance, support budgeting, and liaise with internal teams and external vendors.
What You Bring:
