Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Account Executive to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and contribute to our growing success. This role is ideal for someone who is results-driven, confident in sales, and eager to work with a dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Sales Growth

  • Proactively identify and secure new clients through direct outreach (avg 5-10 contacts/visits per day).
  • Close deals and onboard new clients into Setsail Marketing's services.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets (target: 2 new clients per week).

Client Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upsells.
  • Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring satisfaction and continued growth.

Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, design, development) to provide a seamless client experience.
  • Maintain a consultative approach to sales, helping clients identify the best solutions for their business needs.

Project Coordination

  • Communicate client expectations to internal teams.
  • Ensure project timelines and deliverables align with client goals.

Compensation & Perks

Competitive Base Salary ($50,000/year)

Lucrative Commission Structure

  • New Sales: 15% commission on new clients.
  • Recurring Revenue: 10% commission on monthly revenue from clients you signed.
  • Retention Bonus: 2% commission on monthly revenue from existing managed clients.

Estimated Earnings Potential (including commissions)

  • Minimum target (1 new client/week): $136,880/year
  • Expected target (2 new clients/week): $223,760/year
  • High-performance target (3+ new clients/week): $310,640+/year
