YOUR MISSION
Reporting to the Director, Internal Communications & Employee Experience, the Employee Experience Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating activities for head office employees, while also providing administrative and logistical support for various internal initiatives.
Working closely with the social committee, internal teams, and external vendors, this person helps create an engaging, seamless, and positive employee experience while ensuring the smooth coordination and follow-up of several evolving projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities
Social Activities Coordination

Support the planning, organization, and logistical coordination of internal activities at the head office in collaboration with the social committee

Coordinate all event-related communications, including drafting communications, invitations, registrations, reminders, and participant follow-ups

Actively participate in social committee meetings and contribute to the development of the activity calendar

Serve as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of events, including administrative and material requirements

Respond to employee inquiries related to activities

Provide on-site support during events and activities

Monitor activity budgets and ensure adherence to established budgets
Employee Recognition Program

Manage administrative follow-ups related to the program (orders, inventory, receipt, and distribution of gifts) while ensuring data accuracy

Coordinate the distribution of recognition gifts

Respond to employee and internal partner inquiries, including managing the program inbox
Administrative Support & Coordination

Provide general support to the Internal Communications & Employee Experience team based on priorities

Assist with formatting and distributing employee communications and content

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience in coordination and event management

Experience in at least one of the following professional environments: communications, HR, entertainment, or culture

Fully bilingual with strong written communication skills in both French and English

Proficiency with MS Office and overall comfort with digital tools
