The Role
The Marketing & Design Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day execution of LEA's marketing and design work. You will produce the visual collateral that powers our proposals, training programs, and partner channels; manage our digital marketing platforms; and serve as the operational touchpoint with our cohort partners and our paid media agency.
This is a hands-on execution role. Strategy is owned by the VP North America. You will work alongside an existing external marketing agency partner and a part-time senior marketing advisor.

Works closely with: Part-time Marketing Advisor; external paid media agency
Key Responsibilities
Design and creative production (~50%)
- Design proposals, training presentations, RFP and RFQ responses, brochures, and one-pagers using Canva and PowerPoint
- Produce social media graphics, email visuals, and digital ad creative
- Build and maintain co-branded materials for cohort partners
- Maintain LEA's brand asset library and ensure consistency across all materials
Marketing execution (~30%)
- Lead LEA's social media end-to-end: plan the content calendar in line with strategic objectives and direction, create posts (leveraging AI where useful), maintain the content queue, and execute publishing across all channels
- Build and send email marketing campaigns; maintain segmented contact lists
- Update and maintain the LEA WordPress website; upload new pages, case studies, and program details
- Pull basic data and information from Google Analytics, LinkedIn, and email platforms for monthly reporting
Partner and agency coordination (~20%)
- Coordinate with cohort training partners on co-marketing assets, program links, and joint promotion
- Serve as the named touchpoint with external agency partner on paid media execution; attend weekly check-ins
- Track campaign performance and flag issues to leadership
You're a Fit If
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing coordination, graphic design, or a related field
- Strong portfolio of Canva and PowerPoint work (proposals, presentations, and digital assets)
- Comfortable with email and survey platforms (Mailchimp, Survey Monkey, or similar), WordPress, and Google Analytics
- Excellent attention to detail with a track record of meeting deadlines on multiple parallel projects
- Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable being the named contact with external partners
- Curious about how AI tools accelerate marketing work, and comfortable working alongside automated systems
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus but not required

- You want to set marketing strategy or build new channels from scratch
- You prefer pure design work without the marketing execution layer
- You need a fully remote role
