The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Representative to help build and scale Una's pipeline engine. This is not about high-volume, generic outreach. You'll focus on precision-targeting the right accounts, using real signals, and crafting thoughtful messaging that resonates with finance leaders.
What You'll Do
- Identify and research target accounts (CFOs and FP&A leaders)
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, calls)
- Leverage intent data and signals to prioritize outreach
- Craft personalized messaging that speaks to real business challenges
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Book high-quality meetings for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with marketing and sales on messaging and campaigns
What We're Looking For
- 0-3 years experience in BDR/SDR or related role (or strong desire to break into SaaS sales)
- Strong communication skills-clear, concise, and thoughtful
- Curious and coachable-you actively seek feedback and improve quickly
- High energy and resilience-you're comfortable with rejection and keep going
- Organized and disciplined in managing outreach and follow-up
