Floravi is looking for a passionate, organized, and strategic Marketing Project Manager to support the President and Marketing Director in developing and executing multi-channel growth strategies.
Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and executing marketing strategies aligned with sales objectives (online and retail) and brand awareness goals.
- Planning, coordinating, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, television, and media).
- Coordinating field marketing initiatives and special projects.
- Managing relationships with external partners, including agencies, influencers, and suppliers, to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Developing engaging content plans for our social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, newsletters, etc.).
- Managing the creation, scheduling, and publishing of content across our digital channels.
- Creating email marketing campaigns in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
- Collaborating closely with our internal team to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall business objectives.
- Managing the marketing budget while maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar marketing or project coordination role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns and managing external partners.
- Good understanding of digital advertising fundamentals and paid media.
- Analytical, strategic, and results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with initiative, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
- Bilingual (French and English) is required.
