Business Administrative & Marketing Assistant to join our team in Guelph!
This is a dynamic, dual-focus role - half marketing, half administrative support. Perfect for someone
who thrives on variety and wants to make a real impact working directly with our President and cross-
functional teams.
What You'll Do - Marketing (50%)
- Execute our marketing plan across multiple brands
- Create and schedule content for LinkedIn and other social platforms
- Build and send email campaigns (newsletters, promos, and more)
- Support SEO efforts - keyword research, on-page optimization, performance tracking
- Coordinate marketing materials, subscriptions, and vendor services
- Monitor and report on marketing analytics
What You'll Do - Administration (50%)
- Support our inspection team with scheduling and customer coordination
- Assist our accounting team with invoicing and payment-related tasks
- Be a first point of contact for phone, web, and email inquiries
- Help organize internal and external company events
- Track equipment, materials, and supplies, and place timely orders
What We're Looking For
- Experience or coursework in marketing, digital marketing, or communications (preferred)
- Comfort with LinkedIn, email marketing tools, and basic SEO concepts
- General understanding of workplace safety
- Valid G driver's license
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Fluent in English (written & verbal)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently
- A self-starter attitude - we love people who take initiative!
What We Offer

- Salary starting at $50K, commensurate with experience
