Position Summary

CoRE is establishing a pool of experienced administrative professionals to provide temporary support across its teams, projects, and operational initiatives. Assignments may be full-time or part-time and will vary in duration based on organizational needs. Successful candidates will bring strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to provide reliable administrative support in a busy office environment.

Responsibilities:

Duties will vary depending on the assignment but may include:

Providing administrative support to programs, projects, and operational teams

Coordinating calendars, meetings, and logistics for in-person and virtual engagements

Preparing, editing, and formatting correspondence, briefing materials, reports, presentations, and other business documents

Supporting records management, data entry, information tracking, and document control processes

Preparing meeting materials, agendas, minutes, action logs, and follow-up items accurately and on time.

Responding to internal and external inquiries professionally and in a timely manner

Using Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, to support day-to-day operations

Supporting improvements to administrative processes, templates, tracking tools, and team workflows

Contributing to a collaborative, respectful, confidential, and service-oriented work environment

Education and Experience:

A minimum of five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional office environment

A high school diploma is required; post-secondary education or training in office administration, business administration, or a related field is considered an asset. Equivalent combinations of education, training, and experience may be considered

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines

Clear, professional, and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation, scheduling, records management, and data entry

Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively as part of a team

Additional Information

Positions are temporary and may vary in duration and hours, including full-time or part-time assignments

Some assignments may require on-site work in Calgary up to five (5) days per week
