We are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Project Leader to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Brand Management and Customer Experience Marketing, the successful candidate will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and execution of various marketing projects aimed at promoting our dealerships and strengthening our brands' visibility and reputation.

Your responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor marketing projects and campaigns while ensuring deadlines, budgets, and objectives are met.
- Open, organize, and track projects within internal management tools to ensure efficient information flow.
- Coordinate requests related to marketing, advertising, and visual content creation in collaboration with internal and external teams.
- Review and validate marketing materials to ensure compliance with quality standards, project requirements, and the company’s brand image.
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of content across digital platforms and social media channels.
- Monitor marketing activities and ensure consistency across communications and initiatives.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to align marketing projects with organizational objectives.
- Track promotions, campaigns, and initiatives to ensure successful implementation and execution.
- Coordinate relationships with suppliers, request quotations, follow up on orders, and assist in identifying new partners when required.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, product launches, and special projects.
- Participate in the development and maintenance of internal communication tools, platforms, and materials.
- Manage and track orders for promotional items, stationery, uniforms, and any other required materials.

- Contribute to the evolution and visibility of the Spinelli brand by ensuring consistency of marketing initiatives across all dealerships.
- Contribute to the analysis of consumer trends and industry best practices.
- Assist in measuring the performance of marketing initiatives and identifying areas for improvement.
- Participate in cross-departmental projects to ensure alignment with company objectives and brand standards.
- Support teams in various administrative and operational marketing-related projects.
- Support the Brand and Customer Experience Director by contributing to competitive analysis and identifying opportunities to strengthen.
Your Strengths
- University degree in marketing or equivalent relevant experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and priority management skills.
- Strong autonomy and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail, speed of execution, and rigor.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bilingualism (spoken and written) is considered an asset.
- Strong ability to focus and manage multiple files/projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with computer tools and project management platforms.
