Promo-Staff is looking for an Account Manager to oversee national retail food sampling programs and in-store marketing activations.
This is much more than a customer service role. You will play a key role in our day-to-day operations by managing client accounts, planning and coordinating field teams, analyzing budgets, improving processes, and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously.
We're looking for someone who is known for their speed, analytical thinking, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding attention to detail. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can effectively prioritize competing demands, and consistently delivers high-quality work under pressure.
If you're the type of person who spots mistakes before anyone else, looks for solutions instead of excuses, and takes pride in being highly efficient, you'll probably love this role.
Approximately 80% of communications with our primary clients are conducted in English, as most of them are based in Ontario. Therefore, excellent written and spoken English is essential.
This position is offered as a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of extension.

- Create, analyze and maintain tracking reports, budgets and operational spreadsheets.
- Review client budgets and identify opportunities to improve program profitability.
- Prepare training materials, operational documentation and team communications.
- Coordinate inventory, shipments, vehicle rentals and other logistical requirements.
- Participate in weekly meetings with supervisors and internal departments.
- Quickly resolve operational issues and make sound decisions in a constantly changing environment.
You'll Thrive in This Role If...
- You are exceptionally organized and highly structured.
- You are recognized for your efficiency and ability to execute quickly.
- You enjoy working under tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
- You have outstanding attention to detail and strong listening skills.
- You are comfortable working with numbers, budgets and data analysis.
- You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and enjoy working with management tools.
- You naturally look for solutions and enjoy solving problems.
- You take ownership of your work and learn from your mistakes.
- You welcome constructive feedback and adapt quickly.
- You enjoy working collaboratively while building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent written and spoken English (mandatory). Most client communications are conducted in English.
- Excellent written and spoken French.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (mandatory), including formulas, reporting, data validation, budget management and analytical spreadsheets.
- Experience using project management, scheduling or CRM platforms such as Workstaff, Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, Salesforce, HubSpot or similar is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Canadian driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
What We Offer
- A key role within a company that has been recognized for over 24 years as a leader in experiential marketing.
- A dynamic, collaborative and passionate team.
- The opportunity to work on exciting programs for major national and international brands.
- A work environment that values autonomy, initiative and continuous improvement.
- Competitive salary based on experience.
