THE DNA WE'RE LOOKING FOR 👇🧬
Just six years ago, adn conférencier.e.s, a Canadian talent agency built around diversity, was born in the middle of the pandemic. Today, adn is going through a phase of hypergrowth.
adn has become the leader in Quebec and a key player across the rest of Canada for sourcing event content and learning & development: keynotes, hosting, training, workshops, team building and coaching. Our playing field keeps expanding, from Quebec to the rest of Canada, and also into the United States and Europe.
To support this growth, we're looking for a Senior Marketing Manager able to grow an already strong brand, align content, performance and visibility, and turn ideas into concrete, useful and measurable campaigns.
Are you creative, structured and analytical? Do you understand both the power of a brand and the performance of a campaign? Can you write, prioritize, coordinate and move projects forward with rigor? We really want to meet you!

- Manage and optimize a marketing budget of several hundred thousand dollars, based on business priorities and results
🧠 Who you are

💼 Compensation
- Salary between $70,000 and $85,000 per year, based on experience and the ability to own both marketing strategy and execution
