Business Development Representative (SDR)
Today, many non-profit organizations, institutions, and associations still operate with fragmented tools, cumbersome processes, and little visibility into their operations. The result: wasted time, less informed decisions, and limited impact.

With over 18 years in Canada, we've built a strong presence in Quebec. Building on this position, we aim to continue our growth and strengthen our position as a leader in the Canadian market. In this context, we are hiring a Business Development Representative (SDR) to actively participate in this national expansion.
You will work at the beginning of the sales cycle, as the first point of contact between Eudonet and the organizations we support. Your responsibility: identify opportunities, engage the right stakeholders, and generate qualified appointments for the sales team, across a portfolio of targeted accounts.
Your responsibilities
Prospecting:
- Proactively contact targeted organizations across various channels (calls, personalized emails, LinkedIn, professional networks, etc.)
- Identify the right stakeholders (leadership, business teams, IT)
- Create opportunities where none currently exist
Qualification:
- Understand the challenges of the prospects contacted
- Validate the relevance of opportunities based on identified criteria (needs, context, budget, decision-making chain, etc.)
- Challenge stakeholders to qualify rigorously
Appointment generation:
- Turn initial contacts into qualified, confirmed appointments for the 3 Account Managers
- Prepare and document opportunities to facilitate handoff
Inbound lead management and follow-up:
- Set up appropriate follow-up sequences for prospects generated through marketing campaigns or Eudonet events
- Analyze and prioritize high-potential opportunities
- Guide contacts through to sales qualification
Marketing contribution:
- Participate in campaigns, trade shows, webinars, and events
- Adapt messaging and approaches to the specifics of the Canadian market
- Relay field feedback to improve marketing initiatives
Tracking and reporting:
- Update information in internal tools
- Track your activity metrics (actions completed, conversion rates, appointments generated)
What you'll be selling
A business-focused CRM platform designed for organizations such as professional orders, unions, universities, foundations, and professional associations, to accelerate and structure their operations.
Expected performance
- 15 appointments per month, excluding cancellations
- Daily prospecting activity
- Evaluated on the volume of opportunities generated and the quality of appointments delivered
- Compensation accelerator once you exceed 15 appointments
The environment
- Canadian team of 30 people, based at Marché Jean-Talon in Montreal
- Reporting to the Sales Manager for Canada, with a functional link to the sales teams at headquarters
- Direct interaction with project teams, consultants, and product teams

What we're looking for
- 1 to 2 years of experience in prospecting (including internships) or opportunity detection, ideally in a tech environment
- A strong appetite for prospecting and new account development
- Ability to communicate easily with a variety of stakeholders
- Bilingual French/English
- Based in Montreal

Projection
- At 3 months: mastery of prospecting techniques, the product, and the market; first opportunities generated
- At 6 months: meeting appointment targets; regular contribution to the pipeline
- At 18 months: possible progression to an Account Manager role
What we offer
- Permanent contract, 40 hours per week (with 6 summer afternoons off)
- Target compensation: $45,000 – $50,000 CAD (base + uncapped variable)

- Vacation: 3 weeks in the first year, 4 weeks in the second year
