Wayne Building Products is growing, and we're looking for a driven Manufacturing Sales Representative to join our team in both Edmonton and Calgary.

This role is ideal for a relationship-focused sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building long-term customer partnerships.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities
  • Promote and sell manufactured building products
  • Prepare quotes, pricing, and product solutions
  • Work closely with production, operations, and customer service teams
  • Track sales activity, forecasts, and market trends

What We're Looking For

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (manufacturing or building products preferred)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable managing a sales territory and traveling as needed
  • Understanding of steel and aluminum products used in construction
