About the Role
We are seeking a detail?oriented and proactive HR Coordinator for a three?month contract to support our HR team. This role will contribute to projects that advance the organization's Human Resources goals and will manage specific initiatives as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and administration of systems supporting foundational HR programs, including HRIS employee data and benefits administration.
- Assist with an HRIS implementation project, including data transfer, configuration, and validation.
- Support recruitment activities such as conducting reference checks and scheduling interviews.
- Process and maintain accurate and confidential employee documentation in compliance with legislation and HR best practices.
- Provide information and guidance to employees to support understanding of corporate and compliance policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and support analytics and reporting activities.
- Respond to general HR inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare employment letters, monthly newsletters, and other HR communications.
You Bring
- Post?secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
- Excellent organizational and time?management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (WFN) or BambooHR a strong asset.
- CHRP designation in progress a strong asset.
