RAM Consulting is looking for a Marketing & Proposal Coordinator II to help power our proposals, strengthen our brand, and elevate how we communicate -- both externally and internally. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced professional environment and wants to grow their career in marketing within consulting and infrastructure.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Supporting the creation of high-impact proposals, tenders, and qualifications that clearly communicate our value.
  • Coordinating proposal efforts -- building schedules, tracking deliverables, and keeping contributors aligned.
  • Applying win strategies, key messages, and differentiators to strengthen every submission.
  • Performing quality control reviews to ensure every document is accurate, compliant, and polished.
  • Contributing to marketing initiatives including social media, content marketing, advertising, campaign execution, and brand storytelling.
  • Writing and editing content for internal communications, including the intranet, quarterly meetings, and company-wide updates.
  • Ensuring internal messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.
  • Designing and formatting visually engaging documents for proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Editing and proofreading all materials to maintain a high standard of quality.
  • Preparing final print and digital packages and managing on-time delivery.
  • Maintaining CRM and marketing databases, and updating marketing collateral such as project profiles, SOQs, brochures, presentations, and press releases.
  • Supporting business development efforts and client events.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or communications within a professional services environment -- (Experience in engineering or architecture is a strong asset.)
  • Confidence working with and making recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking ability in deadline-driven environments.
  • A natural communicator who builds strong working relationships across teams.
  • A creative eye for layout, design, and presentation.
  • A driven self-starter who wants to grow strategically in marketing and business development.
  • Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is considered an asset.
