We are seeking a high-energy, technically proficient Sales Manager for the European territory

to lead our growth in one of the world's most seismically active and rapidly developing regions.

The Role

As the Sales Manager (EUR), you will be the face of Reftek across the region. You will be responsible for driving revenue through a combination of direct high-value project sales and the strategic management of our extensive network of local representatives and dealers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management: Recruit, train, and manage a network of independent sales

representatives and authorized dealers across (EUR) countries (including Germany, France, Spain, Switzerland, Vienna, UK etc.).

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a multi-year sales strategy to increase market

share in civil engineering, government seismic networks, and structural health monitoring (SHM).

  • Key Account Management: Directly manage relationships with top-tier institutional

clients, including national earthquake centers, major universities, and large-scale infrastructure developers.

  • Technical Consultation: Work closely with clients to understand complex project requirements and propose tailored seismic monitoring solutions .
  • Forecasting & Reporting: Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and maintain a robust CRM pipeline.

Candidate Requirements

This is a specialized role requiring a unique blend of technical understanding, business development and commercial "hunting" ability.

Must-Have Experience:

  • Industry Knowledge: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in seismic instrumentation, geophysical monitoring, or a closely related technical field (e.g., structural health monitoring, vibration analysis).
  • Territory Management: Proven track record of managing complex sales territories in Asia-Pacific, with a deep understanding of local business cultures and procurement processes.
  • Channel Leadership: Demonstrated experience managing and motivating third-party dealers and manufacturer's representatives.
  • Technical Proficiency: Ability to discuss 24-bit resolution, dynamic range, and seismic telemetry protocols with PhD-level scientists and project engineers as well as building owners and managers.

Education & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Geophysics, Civil Engineering, Physics, or Business (with a technical background).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal); proficiency in a regional language (German, French, Italian, Spanish and etc.) is a significant advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the EUR region and occasionally to our global headquarters.
