Position Overview
Lambert Nemec Group is partnering with an established organization to recruit a Performance Marketing Specialist . This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career marketing professional who enjoys working with data to understand campaign performance, customer behaviour, and marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze marketing and website data to help evaluate campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales trends.
- Support the marketing team by preparing reports and dashboards related to digital campaigns, website traffic, email performance, and promotional initiatives.
- Assist with tracking and measuring marketing KPIs across various channels, including digital marketing, email, and website activity.
- Work with marketing team members to interpret data and identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign improvement.
- Maintain and organize marketing data within analytics tools, CRM systems, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with campaign reporting and post-campaign performance analysis.
- Support ongoing marketing initiatives by providing data insights and reporting as needed.
- Ensure marketing data is accurate, organized, and consistently updated.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and internal teams to support marketing strategy and reporting needs.
Requirements
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and currently located in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to organize and interpret data.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing platforms is considered an asset.
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, marketing analytics, or digital marketing support role (co-op or internship experience considered).
- Effective communication skills and ability to translate data into clear insights for marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

- Salary range of $50,000 - $55,000, depending on experience.
