In this role, you will be responsible for managing and covering all aspects of their clients' order. You will work closely with our Operations team to ensure a superior customer service experience to all of our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate shipments across Greater Vancouver and Canada, ensuring timely delivery and accurate tracking.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, including order entry, tracking, arranging returns, securing Proof of Delivery, and preparing invoices
  • Serve as the main contact for your assigned customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships
  • Monitor and manage the CSR email inbox, addressing requests and following up on discrepancies between waybills and purchase orders
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records in our warehouse and transportation systems (WMS/TMS)
  • Arrange domestic and international freight, including LTL shipments, imports, and exports, to meet delivery schedules and compliance requirements

Required Skills and Knowledge

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Experience in multi client warehouse environment (Asset)
  • Experience in Transport/Logistics industry
  • Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office: Excel & Word
  • Container trucking experience (Preferred)
  • CBSA sufferance warehouse experience (Asset)
