You will build our pipeline, identify new opportunities, and support the early stages of the sales cycle while working closely with our service and parts teams.

• 𝗣𝗶𝗽𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵: Proactively identify and qualify new opportunities within the industrial and commercial sectors.

• 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴: Develop and maintain high-trust, long-term partnerships with facility managers and plant operators.

• 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗦𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁: Facilitate early-stage sales conversations and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless project handoffs.

• 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: Stay curious about industry trends and client needs to help us become Western Canada’s "first call" for boiler services.

We are looking for a junior-to-intermediate professional (𝟮–𝟲 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲) who is comfortable in the field and driven by results.

• Oilfield service or industrial inside sales.

• Dispatch, service coordination, or project coordination.
