JOB PURPOSE:
Drive flawless day-to-day execution of online retailer and website content, in-store POS and shopper materials, data maintenance and performance reporting to ensure on-time activations, strong content health, and consistent and current brand presence across retailer sites and in-store touchpoints. This role is focused on operational excellence-coordinating agency and retailer workflows, maintaining key dashboards/templates, and supporting cross-functional projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Content Management & Agency Coordination
- Manage day-to-day operations with content agency to ensure timely development and deployment of retail content within global and brand guidelines and local priorities.
- Troubleshoot content issues across retailer sites and maintain consistency.
- Maintain and optimize content sprint calendars aligned to product innovations, brand refreshes, core promotional priorities, and retailer needs to ensure proactive planning and workflow visibility.
- Website Content Management
- Own agency relationship to ensure timely execution of website updates for product launches and campaign activations, ensuring content readiness and on-time go-live.
- Monitor website analytics and key SEO indicators to assess content health, identify performance gaps, and support continuous optimization.
- Optimize product pages for discoverability and conversion.
- Performance Reporting and Data Maintenance:
- Maintain monthly dashboards for content, digital commerce and marketing performance using existing Power Bi and Excel templates
- Develop monthly performance summaries that highlight key trends, risks, and actionable insights in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy and tracking against global and local benchmarks.
- Retailer Engagement & Campaign Execution
- Execute retailer engagement campaigns (email programs, contests, seasonal activations) and ensure brand message consistency.
- Work with internal teams and external retailers to ensure timely campaign executions.
- Track campaign performance inputs to support post-program reviews and identify opportunities for improvement.
- POS Coordination:
- Coordinate creation, distribution and tracking of POS materials for retailer activations
- Work cross-functionally with vendors and brand teams to execute in-store activations
- Maintain consistency across brand and shopper marketing campaigns
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Skills, Experiences & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, shopper marketing, or similar coordination role.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
- Understanding of retail content workflows, PDP standards, and basic SEO best practices.
- Experience updating website content using CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify).
- Ability to manage agencies, coordinate deliverables, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools (asset).
- Comfort using existing reporting dashboards (Power BI/Excel) to track performance and competitive activity.
- Experience with SEO audits, digital content updates, retailer portals, and retail media platforms.
- Knowledge of retailer-specific content or activation requirements.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $58,700 CAD to $88,100 CAD The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC) takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
